Stir Fry Fish Filet

Ingredients
  • Filet fish (grouper or cat fish)
  • Green onion 1 stalk
  • Sliced ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red bell pepper 1/3 of whole pepper
  • Cooking wine 1 tbsp
  • Seasoning
  • Salt 1/3 tbsp
  • Egg white 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Sauce:
    Cornstarch 1/2 tbsp
    Salt 1/5 tbsp
    Water 3 tbsp
    Sesame oil some
Preparation
  • Slice a fish filet into about 1 square inch rectangles.
  • Slice green onion to 1 inch long.
  • Slice ginger.
  • Slice red bell pepper for decoration.
  • In bowl, combine sliced fish filet, cornstarch, egg white, cooking wine and salt; mix well.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry slightly the sliced ginger and red pepper.
  • Add fish, wine; stir-fry and mix well, then add sauce.
  • Add sliced spring onion, then stir-fry, mix it well, dish up.
