Fermented Fish Filet

Ingredients
  • Fresh filet fish (grouper or cat fish)
  • Fermented fish sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion 1 stalk
  • Sliced ginger
  • Cooking wine 1 tbsp
  • Seasoning
  • Salt 1/3 tbsp
  • Egg white 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil some
Preparation
  • Slice a fish filet into about 1 square inches rectangles.
  • Slice green onion to 1 inch long.
  • Slice ginger.
  • In bowl, combine sliced fish filet, cornstarch, egg white, cooking wine and salt; mix well.
  • Fry fish in high heat, dish up until cooked.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry slightly the sliced ginger and Fermented fish sauce.
  • Add fish, wine, stir fry and mix well, then add sauce.
  • Add sliced spring onion, then stir fry mix it well, dish up.
