Stuffed Pie

Serve 2
  • 3/4 pound of flour
  • 1/2 grant pork (or beef)
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1/2 medium sized cabbages
  • 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 tbsp Salt
  • 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
  • Mix flour with warm water and put aside for about an hour.
  • Chop the cabbage and drain well.
  • Chop green onions.
  • Mix grant meat, drained cabbage, green onion sesame oil, salt and soy sauce all together and well blend as stuffing.
  • Make dough. Use a rolling pin to make each dough flat round shape.
  • Put stuff in the center, covered with another rolled dough, seal the edge with fingers.
  • Gently roll the pan cake flat.
  • Brush oil on both sides of the cake, and brush pan too.
  • Keep the temperature medium or low medium to avoid burn.
