Soaked Tea Eggs
Ingredients
  • 10 Eggs
  • 80 g Oolong Tea Leaves
  • 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons salt
Preparation
  • Boil eggs until 90% cooked
  • Hit and crush eggs lightly by a spoon
  • Boil water in small pot, turn off fire, add oolong tea leaves
  • Put eggs into tea pot when water is turned brown
  • Turn on fire, keep boiling in very low heat, add salt
  • Soak eggs for 2-3 hours, serves cold or hot
